THIS IS THE SPORTS SPECTRUM PODCAST
WITH JASON ROMANO, FEATURING GRACE LYONS
Grace Lyons is a shortstop for the Oklahoma softball team who has helped the Sooners win back-to-back national championships in 2021 and 2022. This past season, she hit .401 with 23 home runs and 70 RBIs. Her steady play at shortstop saw her make only six errors the entire season as she was named Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive year.
Lyons was also a NFCA first-team All-American for 2022, andĀ named to the 2022 U.S. women’s national team roster for the Japan All-Star Series that took place August 6-8.
Today on the podcast, we talk to Lyons about winning a second national championship, the spiritual growth she’s experienced in her college career, and why her desire is to live a life serving Jesus Christ in obedience.
