Dave Ralston was an athletic trainer at the University of Michigan from 1990-1996. During his time with the Wolverines, he was a part of two national championship runner-up teams in 1992 and 1993, led by the “Fab Five” of Chris Webber, Juwan Howard, Jalen Rose, Ray Jackson and Jimmy King.

In 1996, Ralston moved to Indiana University and was the athletic trainer for the Hoosiers for the next six years. Today, Dave Ralston, Ph.D., is the founder and president of Life Training Christian Counseling in Louisville, Kentucky. Established in 2011 by Ralston and his wife, Ann, LifeTraining has become a leading provider of Christian counseling for people in the metro-Louisville region and online across the country.

Ralston’s new book, “Fabulous: My Journey with the Fab Five,” releases Tuesday.
