Jacob Stallings is a catcher in his first season with the Colorado Rockies. He was selected in the seventh round of the 2012 MLB Draft by Pittsburgh and made his MLB debut four years later with the Pirates. He played six seasons in Pittsburgh before joining the Miami Marlins in 2022.

In 2021, Stallings won a Gold Glove, and in 2023 he helped the Marlins to a playoff berth.

Today on the podcast, we talk to Jacob Stallings about his welcome-to-the-MLB moment, finding his identity in Christ, and making an appearance as a pitcher and striking out Ronald Acuña Jr. on four pitches.
