It was 17 years ago that the United States of America was attacked in New York City, Washington D.C. and Shanksville, Penn.
Many Christian athletes and sports personalities took to Twitter to honor those who were lost on Sept. 11, 2001.
The 9/11 attacks killed nearly 3,000 people from 93 nations. 2,753 were killed in New York, 184 were killed at the Pentagon, and 40 people were killed on Flight 93. May God bless and comfort those who lost loved ones. May we mourn with and for them and resolve to #NeverForget.
