THIS IS THE SPORTS SPECTRUM PODCAST
WITH JASON ROMANO, FEATURING KEITH PUGH
Keith Pugh played football for the University of Alabama from 1977-79, where the wide receiver was a member of the 1978 and 1979 Crimson Tide national championship teams. After football, he went into ministry and served as a senior pastor with several churches in Alabama for multiple decades.
Today on the podcast, we talk to Keith Pugh about his time at Alabama as a football player in the 1970s, playing for legendary coach Paul “Bear” Bryant, giving his life to Christ, and making the decision to go into pastoral ministry.
Keith Pugh, who serves as co-pastor of Alberta Baptist Church, Tuscaloosa, well remembers the verse that led him to Christ.
“I was a freshman football player living in Bryant Hall at the University of Alabama,” Pugh said.https://t.co/IKM36p1WaT
