THIS IS EPISODE 251 OF THE SPORTS SPECTRUM PODCAST
Shaun Alexander played nine seasons in the NFL from 2000-08 with the Seahawks and Redskins. The three-time Pro Bowler helped Seattle to the Super Bowl in 2005, a season in which he also rushed for a then-NFL record 28 touchdowns while winning the NFL MVP.
Chris Broussard is well-known sports commentator who spent many years with ESPN as an NBA reporter. He’s now with FOX Sports, for which he hosts a radio show and podcast, and makes regular television appearances. Chris is the founder of K.I.N.G ministries, equipping men across the country in growing as followers of Jesus.
On this episode of the podcast, we spoke to Alexander and Broussard at an event in Atlanta about Biblical manhood, the struggles men have in becoming disciples of Jesus, athletes living for Jesus, and unity within the Church.
If righteous living is not based in & sparked by your relationship w/Jesus and your love for Jesus then it will only be a matter of time & testing before your flesh & mind decide that righteousness is not a big deal. John14:23 If u love me, u keep my word #BeLedByYourLove4Jesus
