I’d like to take this time to tell everyone that after 12 seasons in the NFL, I’ve decided to retire. There’s been so many people along the way that had such an impact on my life and helped me get to where I am today. I’ve grown so much since I was drafted by the New Orleans Saints on April 29th, 2007. Thank you to the Benson family (rip Mr. B) and the @saints organization for taking a chance on this kid from King George, Va. Special shoutout to my parents and @akaramel_kiss that have supported and sacrificed for me throughout all these years of playing sports. Thanks to my wife @jess_bushrod74 for always holding the fort down so that I could focus on getting the job done. I love New Orleans so much I snatched one up😊. Thanks coach @george.major1 and Haynes for pushing me to the limit in ball. When I got to @towson_fb, it was a conversation with @johndon53 that changed my mindset. Thank you coach D for showing me the way I could get here. Man You changed my mindset and I thank you for that. To the rest of my support system, I love and appreciate you guys so much because y’all were there since day 1!! Thanks To my agent @rrosa07 for always getting the deal brother!! Shoutout the @chicagobears and @miamidolphins for the chance to play ball in 2 organizations in 2 great cities. To my WHODATS and the city of New Orleans, thanks for accepting me as family and keeping Dome crazy loud. What a ride!! Thank you God for all you’ve done!
