NEW PODCAST: Scott Linebrink - Former Major League Baseball Pitcher

Scott Linebrink pitched for 12 seasons in the major leagues with the Giants, Astros, Padres, Brewers, White Sox and Braves. He was selected in the second round of the 1997 MLB Draft by the Giants out of Texas State University.

He made his MLB debut on April 15, 2000, and in 2004 and 2005 was the setup man for closer Trevor Hoffman in San Diego. Over those two years, Linebrink had a combined record of 15-4, with an ERA of 2.14 in 2004 and 1.83 in 2005.

Today, he serves as the partnerships director with Water Mission, a Christian engineering company that provides access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene solutions in developing countries and disaster areas. You can learn more and donate to Water Mission’s cause at WaterMission.org.
