Jay McAuley is the men’s basketball head coach at Wofford University (Spartanburg, South Carolina). In college, he played for the University of Georgia and went into coaching upon graduation. After assistant coaching stops with Wofford, Gardner-Webb and Furman, McAuley returned to Wofford and was named head coach on April 14, 2019.
Today on the podcast, we talk to McAuley about his coaching journey, his game-day routine, creating a successful culture, the importance of prayer, and the importance of God’s timing in his life.
