THIS IS THE SPORTS SPECTRUM PODCAST
WITH JASON ROMANO, FEATURING DANA FORD
Dana Ford is the men’s basketball head coach at Missouri State University. He took over as the head man for the Bears in March 2018, and four years later led his program to 23 wins and a 13-5 record in the Missouri Valley Conference, which earned an NIT berth. That season marked the program’s most wins since 2011 and the 10th best in team history.
The Fords are also the founders of the Rebound Foundation, which raises funds and awareness to help renew and restore women who have experienced a life of domestic abuse. The foundation provides a stable home and fresh start to abuse victims and their children. It currently provides homes in Springfield, Missouri, and Chicago, Illinois.
Today on the podcast, we talk to Dana Ford about his coaching routine, becoming a true follower of Jesus, trusting in God during difficult storms, and why he and his wife founded the Rebound Foundation.
