SS PODCAST: Former NFL player Sam Acho on gratitude, platform, humility, change

Sam Acho played nine seasons in the NFL with the Buccaneers, Bears, Cardinals and Bills. He was selected in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals after playing his college football at the University of Texas.

Acho spent four seasons with the Cardinals before signing with the Bears in 2015. He played four seasons in Chicago, then had a brief stint with Buffalo before spending the latter part of 2019 with Tampa.

He is now a television personality and an author. His second book, “Change Starts with You,” releases March 7.

On today’s podcast, we talk to Sam Acho about the importance of change, his growing platform, being grateful, and the love he has for broadcasting and speaking.
