Matt Eberflus is the head coach of the Chicago Bears, getting named to the position on Jan. 17, 2022. He became the franchise’s 17th head coach, after he served with the Indianapolis Colts as their defensive coordinator from 2018-21.
Eberflus has been a staple in the college and professional coaching ranks since graduating from the University of Toledo in 1992. His coaching stops have included the University of Missouri, Cleveland Browns and Dallas Cowboys.
Today on the podcast, we sit down with Coach Eberflus in person to discuss his testimony of faith in Jesus, what “leading like Christ” looks like, and the importance of discipleship as a coach.
