Jason Adam is a relief pitcher with the Tampa Bay Rays. In 2022, he helped them to a postseason berth, pitching in 67 games with an ERA of 1.56. In 2023, he pitched in 56 games, finished with a 2.98 ERA, and helped the Rays to another postseason appearance.
Originally drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the fifth round of the 2010 MLB Draft, Adam made his MLB debut with the Royals on May 5, 2018. In 2019, he pitched with the Toronto Blue Jays, then signed with the Chicago Cubs and split time with the big-league club and their Triple-A affiliate in Iowa in 2020 and 2021.
