Fall is almost upon us and that means one thing for many sports fans — football.
But for the Olivet Nazarene University football team, its biggest win of the year may have come before the season even started.
On Sunday, the team opened camp by going to the beach in Chicago and baptizing 12 players as they accepted Christ as their Savior.
Football is about more than just the game. To start off our camp yesterday we went to the beach in Chicago and Coach Chuck preached the gospel. 12 players made the decision to accept their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in their lives and got baptized! 🙌🏼 pic.twitter.com/Hz7cKgrfcG

The Tigers open up their football season on Sept. 1 against Lindenwood University-Belleville.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” — Matthew 28:19-20
Join us in praising God for the 12 players who made Christ Lord of their life.
