“I gave my life to Jesus in a hotel by myself on the road.”
When Colorado Avalanche defenseman Josh Manson was in college, his mother was given a terminal diagnosis with cancer. He didn’t know God, but turned to Him in prayer and asked God to save his mom. Josh promised that if God healed his mother, he would give his life to God.
Josh’s mom was miraculously healed, but he didn’t follow through on his promise. With the help of his eventual wife, however, Josh did end up dedicating his life to Christ — which he describes as his Best Day Ever.
