Malcolm Rodriguez is a starting linebacker for the Oklahoma State football team, for which he’s put together one of the most impressive careers in recent program history. After starting out as a safety he switched to linebacker, and his 34 career starts entering the 2021 season were the most on the Cowboys defense and second-most on the roster; he started 13 more games this season. He was also first-team All-Big 12 Conference in 2021, on the second team in 2019 and 2020, and he served as team captain in 2020.
In this week’s episode of “Table Forty,” Rodriguez talks to Matt and Leslee Holliday about his athletic upbringing, leadership, responding from adversity and disappointment, and pursuing the NFL.
