The Undefeated Team
There are very few things that I love more than being part of a team. The successes that come from being a part of a team are so much sweeter because you get to experience them with your teammates, and the failures are minimized because you are part of a team.
In his second letter to the Corinthians, Paul is inviting us to join the ultimate team. This team has an undefeated record. Being a part of this team promises more joy, love, victory, forgiveness, fellowship and peace than any other team I have experienced.
God is reminding us of His promises today. He wants you to be an active part of this team. He is not holding anything from your past against you. When He looks at you on the team, He sees the perfect “newness” that comes from Jesus.
Today, I invite you to reach out to the people in your life that are not part of God’s team. Let them know that they are welcome, and that nothing from their past will ever separate them from the love of our Coach.
Walk in the confidence that you are not alone on this team. God bless each of you today!
