GET IN THE GAME PODCAST: Chris Coghlan — Former MLB Outfielder

THIS IS THE GET IN THE GAME PODCAST
WITH SCOTT LINEBRINK

Chris Coghlan played nine seasons in the major leagues as an outfielder with the Florida/Miami Marlins, Chicago Cubs, Oakland Athletics and Toronto Blue Jays before retiring following the 2017 season. A first-round draft pick (36th overall) for the Marlins out of Ole Miss, he was named the 2009 National League Rookie of the Year after hitting .321 with nine home runs and 47 runs batted in. He later earned a World Series ring with the Cubs in 2016, when he was traded from Chicago to Oakland in February and then traded back to Chicago in June.

Coghlan joins the Get in the Game Podcast this week to talk with Scott Linebrink about his playing career, his faith and relationship with God, and what service means to him. You’ll love hearing his testimony of coming to faith and how he has used his platform to give God glory.

Get in the Game is part of the Sports Spectrum Podcast Network.
