Travis Hearn is the senior pastor at Impact Church in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is also the team chaplain for the NBA’s Phoenix Suns, and has served as a chaplain for major and minor league baseball teams for more than a decade. In addition to serving pro athletes through ministry, he has also coached girls’ high school basketball for Scottsdale Christian Academy.
Hearn is the author of two books, “Game Changer” and “Your BUT’s Too Big,” and since going from jail to Jesus, he has served in ministry for more than 20 years to the Phoenix/Scottsdale community.
Today on the podcast, we talk to Hearn about pastoring the Phoenix Suns, his role at Impact Church, his amazing testimony of coming to faith in Christ after being arrested, and his desire now to equip athletes and others to become Jesus followers.
