Dan Venezia is a former pro baseball player who was selected in the 36th round of the 1993 MLB Draft by the Minnesota Twins after a stellar college career at Concordia College in Bronxville, New York. He played three seasons of minor league baseball before his career came to an end at the age of 23.

Venezia is the author of two books, including “Coach Dan on Sportsmanship.”

Today on the podcast, we talk to Dan Venezia about being drafted by the Twins, playing against one of his childhood heroes, surviving two near-death experiences, and how those brought him back to Jesus.
