NFL Week 13 Recap: Best Performances

The stretch run of the NFL season is underway as we highlight the best performances in Week 13.

Le’Veon Bell (18 carries, 76 yards/5 receptions, 106 yards, TD) – The Steelers rallied back from 17 points to beat the Bengals 23-20 on Monday night. The comeback was sparked by Le’Veon Bell’s 35-yard touchdown reception in the 3rd quarter. He leads the league in rushing with 1,057 yards on the season.

Russell Wilson (20-31, 227 yards, 3 TDs) – Russell Wilson’s numbers against the Eagles weren’t eye-popping, but he was effective in Seattle’s 24-10 win. He found three different receivers in the end zone, ending Philadelphia’s nine-game winning streak. Seattle improves to 8-4 and will travel cross-country to face Jacksonville next Sunday.

Alfred Morris (27 carries, 127 yards, TD) – With the season on the line for Dallas, Alfred Morris had a breakout game against his former team, rushing for 127 yards and a touchdown against the Redskins.

Keenan Allen (10 receptions, 105 yards, TD) – Keenan Allen’s third straight 100-yard receiving effort helped Los Angeles win it’s third consecutive game and improve to 6-6 on the season. The Chargers are tied with Oakland and Kansas City for the lead in the AFC West.

Paul Posluszny (14 tackles, 1.5 sacks) – Our defensive player of the week goes to Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Paul Posluszny who recorded 14 tackles and 1.5 sacks in the 30-10 win over the Indianapolis Colts. The Jags are 8-4 and host the Seattle Seahawks next week.
