Former NFL quarterback Chad Pennington shares his story of sports and faith

Chad Pennington played 11 seasons in the NFL with the Jets and Dolphins. He was selected 18th overall in the 2000 NFL Draft by the Jets, with whom he would start under center for eight seasons before departing in 2008 after the arrival of Brett Favre.

Pennington finished his career with the Dolphins, and led Miami to the AFC East title in 2008 and a playoff berth. After the 2010 season, in which he only played one game, the two-time NFL Comeback Player of the Year decided to retire.

Pennington is a follower of Jesus Christ and shared his Christian testimony with us a few years back.

This is his story.
