THIS IS THE SPORTS SPECTRUM PODCAST
WITH JASON ROMANO, FEATURING TREVOR ROSENTHAL
Trevor Rosenthal has been pitching in the major leagues since 2012. Originally selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 21st round of the 2009 MLB Draft, Rosenthal made his MLB debut three years later and became a staple in the St. Louis bullpen.
In 2015, Rosenthal was named to the National League All-Star team, and he finished second in the NL in saves in both 2014 and 2015. After going through some difficult seasons and dealing with injuries, he returned in the shortened 2020 season and recorded 11 saves in helping San Diego to a playoff berth.
Today on the podcast, we talk to Trevor Rosenthal about trusting in God over the past five years as his baseball career has seen ups and downs and twists and turns.
“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted amoung the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” Psalm 46:10
