NEW PODCAST: Brent Suter - Milwaukee Brewers Pitcher

THIS IS EPISODE 433 OF THE SPORTS SPECTRUM PODCAST

Brent Suter is a pitcher with the Milwaukee Brewers. He was selected in the 31st round of the 2012 MLB Draft by Milwaukee after playing college baseball at Harvard. Four years later, he made his MLB debut on Aug. 19, 2016.

In May 2018, Suter hit his first career home run off Corey Kluber, but just two months later, he had Tommy John surgery. He returned from rehab to pitch in the majors in September 2019, and performed well enough to make the postseason roster. He pitched in Milwaukee’s wild-card playoff loss to the eventual World Series-champion Washington Nationals.

On this episode of the podcast, we talk to Suter about his recovery from Tommy John, pitching in the postseason, that time he hit a home run, how he came to faith in Christ, and of course, his love of impressions. Suter might be the funniest guy we’ve had on the podcast.
