WITH JASON ROMANO, FEATURING MAGGI THORNE
Maggi Thorne is a mother of three and a seven-time “American Ninja Warrior” competitor. On the show, she was the second mom up the warped wall and the first to beat the salmon ladder. In 2013, she placed second at The World’s Toughest Mudder, running 75 miles and completing 330 obstacles in 24 hours.
Thorne has also served as a global ambassador for feedONE, traveling the world in an effort to further the mission of giving others the gift of a nutritious meal. She’s also the CEO of JoyFlowCo, helping active women of all ages by empowering, equipping and encouraging other females.
Today on the podcast, we talk to Thorne about going from being an atheist to a follower of Christ, coping with the loss of her brother, how she came to participate on “American Ninja Warrior,” and the goal she has to use her platform to love and serve others like Jesus.
Christ is risen and is our Hope.He conquered death, He makes all things new.He has risen! He has risen indeed! He breathes new life, so that we can live…free.“Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life.Whoever believes in me,though he die, yet shall he live,”John 11:25 pic.twitter.com/5wf9Ig9YyK
