Alec Ingold is a fullback with the Miami Dolphins. He went undrafted in 2019 coming out of the University of Wisconsin, despite being the only true fullback invited to the 2019 NFL Scouting Combine. He signed with the Raiders and played three seasons there before joining Miami in 2022.

In high school, Ingold was a duel-threat QB and named the Associated Press Wisconsin Player of the Year and Gatorade Wisconsin Player of the Year his senior year at Bay Port High School in Green Bay.

Ingold is also an author and earlier this year released his first book, “The 7 Crucibles: An Inspirational Game Plan for Overcoming Adversity in your Life.”

Today on the podcast, we talk to Alec Ingold about how he went from being a high school QB to an NFL fullback, why adversity is opportunity, and the importance of prayer and inviting God into his life.
