THIS IS THE SPORTS SPECTRUM PODCAST
WITH JASON ROMANO, FEATURING TEDDY BLUEGER

Teddy Blueger is a center for the Vancouver Canucks, with whom he signed a one-year contract in July. He won the Stanley Cup with the Vegas Golden Knights last season, after getting traded from the Pittsburgh Penguins in March.

Blueger, who is from Latvia, played four-and-a-half seasons with the Penguins after making his NHL debut on Jan. 20, 2019; he scored his first career goal a few days later. He was drafted in the second round of the 2012 NHL Draft by Pittsburgh following his collegiate career at Minnesota State University.

Today on the podcast, we talk to Teddy Blueger about winning a Stanley Cup, returning to his homeland of Latvia with the Cup, embracing change as an athlete, meeting Sidney Crosby, and showing gratitude to God for his hockey journey.
