THIS IS THE SPORTS SPECTRUM PODCAST
WITH JASON ROMANO, FEATURING TIM HUDSON
Tim Hudson is a former MLB pitcher who played 17 seasons with the Oakland A’s, Atlanta Braves and San Francisco Giants. He was originally selected in the sixth round of the 1997 MLB Draft by the A’s after playing collegiately at Auburn.
During his stellar career, Hudson was a four-time All-Star, won 222 career games, and in 2014 won a World Series with the Giants. He is one of only 15 pitchers to have a victory against every MLB team. In 2018, he was inducted into the Atlanta Braves Hall of Fame and the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame.
Today on the podcast, we talk to Tim Hudson about his storied MLB career, pitching at Yankee Stadium a month after the 9/11 attacks, trusting in God’s plan, and living out his faith as a baseball player.
