THIS IS THE SPORTS SPECTRUM PODCAST
WITH JASON ROMANO, FEATURING JAMES WINCHESTER
James Winchester is the long snapper with the Kansas City Chiefs. He was undrafted in 2013 after playing his college football at the University of Oklahoma. Signed by the Chiefs in 2015, he has been their long snapper since, and a member of four Super Bowl teams that won three titles, including this past season.
His 22 postseason games played with the Chiefs is tied for a club record with tight end Travis Kelce.
Today on the podcast, we talk to James Winchester about his improbable NFL journey, overcoming the tragedy of his father’s death, trusting in God’s plan, and living a non-lukewarm life in Christ.
>> Do you know Christ personally? Learn how you can commit your life to Him. <<
"But what a blessing to continue to get to breath into them and teach them about the Lord and what He's done for us."
