March Madness is here. Sunday, 68 teams will achieve the dream of playing in the Big Dance and compete for College Basketball’s National Championship.
Last year’s title game had the most thrilling finish we’ve ever seen. Villanova won it beating North Carolina 77-74 on a three-pointer at the buzzer by Kris Jenkins.
Jared Jacobs has formed a bond with his daughter over March Madness and the NCAA Tournament. Over the past few years, Jacobs has shown his love for sports and for Lego stop-motion animation on his social media pages. A few days ago, Jacobs shared his latest creation which he dedicated to his daughter.

“My oldest daughter was born right at the beginning of March Madness,” Jacobs said on Instagram. “I remember watching non-stop basketball in the hospital and the first few days of bringing her home. Maybe that’s part of the reason her and I have shared a special bond when it comes to the NCAA Tournament. Last year she picked @novambb to win the whole thing and I picked @unc_basketball I’ll never forget watching her reaction to the final 10 seconds of that game. This year for her birthday I wanted to do something special for it. So I told her I was going to make a Lego re-enactment video dedicated to her. Happy Birthday Jovie! I hope this year is as magical as last year.”
Well done Jared. Here’s hoping we can get another ending like last year and another amazing creation from Mr. Jacobs.
