At 6-foot-6, Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Kyle Gibson is one of the biggest guys in the major leagues. He also has one of the biggest hearts when it comes to serving others. He joins “Get in the Game” this week to talk with Scott Linebrink about his heart for service, how his faith has led him throughout his career, and how he’s dealt with failure as an athlete.
Gibson is actively involved with St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Adam Wainwright’s charity, Big League Impact, and just last year Gibson announced he was donating to a Dallas-based food pantry for every strikeout he recorded.
