Jason Wright was named as team president of the NFL’s Washington Football Team in August 2020. He is the first-ever Black team president of an NFL team and currently is the youngest active team president in the league at age 38.
A standout running back in college at Northwestern, Wright would spent six years in the NFL with four different franchises (San Francisco, Atlanta, Cleveland and Arizona) from 2004-2010.
On today’s podcast, we talk to Wright about his new role, the importance of the Golden Rule in his job, why integrity is important, how his faith strengthened during a poignant time in college, and how being an NFL running back has helped him in his new role with Washington.
