Mother’s Day is a celebration of mothers and motherhood. The American tradition celebrated annually became an official holiday in 1914.
Michi Marshall, the wife of NFL wide receiver Brandon Marshall, is a mother to twins and she talked about what it means for her to be a godly mother to their kids.
“When he’s not home it’s my job to cover that home and help him where he cannot, she said. “I cover those kids, whether it be Tylenol Cold, or changing their diapers, or whatever the scenario it is. That is me covering them, and protecting them, and nurturing them, and loving them, and giving them the best possible start at life.”
